Immigration Evaluations

Mental health evaluations can make a big difference in the outcome of your immigration case. These professional assessments provide critical evidence your lawyer can present in court. They're especially helpful in cases like:

  1. Waivers for Extreme Hardship

  2. VAWA (Domestic Violence) Petitions

  3. Requests for Political Asylum

The Process

Step 1: Schedule Your Appointment
To secure your spot, a deposit is required. This payment goes toward your total evaluation fee.

Step 2: Pre-Session Paperwork
You'll be asked to fill out a background form and may need to sign a release so we can coordinate with your attorney.

Step 3: Interviews and Assessment

  1. First Session: A 90–120-minute interview plus diagnostic testing

  2. Second Session: A one-hour follow-up with any additional assessments (scheduled 5–10 days later)

  3. Optional Third Session: For those needing extra emotional support or handling complex cases.

Your Final Report

After all sessions are complete, we prepare a thorough written report. This is shared with both you and your legal representative. Most are finalized within 2–3 weeks, though complex cases or payment delays may take longer—we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
